Soccer managers have the ability to lead and manage unique evolving players and clubs with no two players or clubs being alike. Soccer players will evolve over time based on affected variables such as numbers of plays, training matches, and overall management of the club. In addition, Ultimate Soccer Boss features "Ask Advisor" that will provide soccer managers expert advice on match strategies based on calculations performed by complex evolutionary computation mathematical algorithms.

You have the responsibilities of signing and selling players, construct and renovate buildings for your stadium, hire employees, and select formations and tactics to guide your team to success. You have the freedom and opportunity to manage the team you want.

•Create your own unique name for your team, select a logo for your team, pick out uniforms for your players, and compete with other managers around the world.

•Bid, buy or sell new players in the transfer market to build a better team. Hire better employees to improve the performance of your team. Construct and renovate your buildings to attract fans to your matches and buy upgrade items to give your team the advantage.

•Each tournament season consists of 22 rounds. You compete against 12 managers in the same group. To finish in the top 3 of the season, you need to train your players to their full potential.
